Gurnee Mills is the Midwest's largest outlet mall, with more than 200 stores including Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, JCPenny Outlet and the Ann Taylor Factory Store.
Sure, it's not really in Milwaukee, but it's close enough and big enough to make the 40-minute drive worthwhile.
