The movie "The Soloist" opens today. Jamie Foxx plays a former Julliard student, now homeless and on the streets, discovered by a local newspaper columist (Robert Downey Jr.) and the friendship that develops. Joe Wright ("Pride and Prejudice" and "Atonment") directs.
