A lot of folks know Bonnie Prince Billy by his common name, Will Oldham, although he also performs under the name Palace and with David Pajo as The Continental Op.
Oldham's fans adore his low-key, earthy and melancholic songs, like the ones that fuel Prince Billy's latest Drag City Records disc, "The Letting Go," recorded in Iceland.
Oldham brings his doppelganger to Atomic Records for a free in-store performance on Thursday in support of the new record and you can expect a great time and great music, because the Bonnie Prince is an ace at in-store gigs. He's toured the world with his guitar slung over his back in spring he did five such appearances in just one day.
The Atomic appearance is just one stop on an 11-city in-store tour of America. Don't miss it! Show time is 8 p.m.

RichAtomic said: Rich from Atomic Records here. Due to heavy demand we distributed tickets for this in-store in advance. Unfortunately the supply has been exhausted and if you don't already have a ticket you won't be able to get in. My apologies for any disappointment. Mr. Oldham should be back in town later this year...
