The non-stop discussion about the upcoming snowstorm inspired me to make this list of songs about snow or ice. Add your own, if you'd like. And I didn't use Google to compile this list, so keep that in mind if I forgot an "obvious" one.

10 songs about snow and ice, in the order I thought of them:

1. "Cold, Rain & Snow" by Grateful Dead (Did they cover this?)
2. "Snow Blind" by Kiss
3. "Snow Day" by Lisa Loeb
4. "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice
5. "Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" by Frank Zappa
6. "Snow (Hey Oh)" by The Red Hot Chili Peppers
7. "Ice Cream Man" by Tom Waits
8. "Fire & Ice" by Pat Benatar
9. "Avalanche" by Leonard Cohen
10. "Snowballed" by AC/DC (I did not know this one; my husband suggested it.)
