Mary Karlzen reissues her 2003 "A Politically Incorrect Christmas" EP with two new original Christmas songs added.
The EP, on Florida-based Y&T Music, was recorded in Milwaukee with Jansen Press, Tony Gross and Jack Rodee and mixed in Paris by Press.
The original versions of "(Not Just Until) The Season Ends" and "Run Rudolph Run" appeared on the two Atlantic Records Christmas albums "Winter, Fire & Snow" and "You Sleigh Me."
Also on the limited edition disc is a cover of The Carpenters' "Merry Christmas Darling," "Auld Lang Syne" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," alongside the two new tunes, "A Politically Incorrect Christmas Song" and "It's Christmas Once More."
To order a copy, visit Karlzen's Web site (see below).
Karlzen is also preparing a children's record with her new trio The Chickadees. "Songs From the Great Outdoors" is slated to be released early in the new year.
