Fourth Summerfest gig features Folds, Mayer and Dennen

John Mayer will headline Summerfest on July 3 becoming the fourth Marcus Amphitheater act announced for 2007. Ben Folds and Brett Dennen open the show.
Since his multi-platinum debut "Room For Squares" in 2001 and 2003's follow-up "Heavier Things," Mayer has evolved and matured as a guitarist, singer and songwriter. His recent, self-produced album, "Continuum," was on many Top 10 lists for 2006 and the single "Waiting on the World to Change" still seems to be everywhere.
Joining Mayer on tour is Summerfest regular Folds, and indie folk/rock scene newcomer Brett Dennen, who opens the 7:30 p.m. show.
Summerfest celebrates 40 years of music, fun and sun, June 28-July 8.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, March 24 at 10 a.m. and will be available for $65.50, $55.50, $43 and $30.50. This price includes Summerfest admission and facility fees. Tickets can be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater box office and Ticketmaster.
