Today Summerfest announced a few big names for the Big Gig '09.
First, legendary bands Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire are reuniting for a co-headlining Marcus Amphitheatre show on Tuesday, June 30.
Then, the festival celebrates the 4th of July with Grammy-nominated The Fray, set to headline the Marcus Amphitheater with special guest Jack's Mannequin.
Tickets for The Fray and Jack's Mannequin go on sale Saturday, March 21 at noon and cost $50.50 (all covered seats in red and yellow sections), $35.50 (bench) and $20.50 (lawn).
Tickets for Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire go on sale Saturday, March 28 at noon and cost $48 (red), $43 (yellow) and $20 (bench).
All prices include Summerfest admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater box office, Ticketmaster ticket centers, online at Ticketmaster.com and by phone at 1 (800) 745-3000.
