Last week, Oklahoma's State Legislature voted to name "Do You Realize??" by The Flaming Lips as "The Official Oklahoma State Rock and Roll Song."
According to a statement, "The selection of an official rock and roll song recognizes the outstanding achievements of Oklahomans in a genre that has dominated the last half of the 20th century."
Via a Web site, people could vote for one of 10 songs by the likes of Hoyt Axton, All-American Rejects, J.J. Cale and The Call.
So, what song oughta be Wisconsin's state rock jam? Vote on the front page of OnMilwaukee.com (scroll down to the poll on the right side) and we'll petition our state representatives to get busy making the winner the official rock and roll song of the Badger State.
