Two-time Grammy Award winning singer / songwriter Steve Earle performs at 8 p.m. July 20 The Pabst Theater.
Allison Moorer, the younger sister of Shelby Lynne (who also has an upcoming gig on the books at the theater) -- and Earle's wife -- opens the show.

i read an article once that claimed Earle's outgoing voicemail at the time stated "I'm not home. I'm probably out chasing girls and doing heroin, but i'm old and will get tired. i'll come home then and return your call."
