INdustri Cafe springs new menu on Milwaukee diners

With the arrival of spring comes the arrival of a new menu at INdustri Cafe, 524 S. 2nd St., in Walker's Point.

"We went for a summer / spring menu," says co-owner Robert Klemm. "All of the fare is lighter and a little more healthy."

Klemm says the new menu is a response to customers' requests.

Among the appetizers on the menu are a wild mushroom gratin, cucumber sliders, lobster sliders, smoked salmon flat bread, pulled chicken lettuce cups and polish sausage and fried white cheddar mini-kabobs.

A veggie club and turkey club sandwiches and Angus burgers are available, in addition to a nearly a dozen entrees, including baked lobster and roasted poblano mac and cheese, blackened duck breast, coffee stout beer braised corned beef hash with basted eggs, grilled Belgian endive, grilled jumbo prawn skewers and more.

There are a range of soups, salads and sides, as well as a kids menu, too.

"Guests have been asking us for healthier and / or more vegetarian options," he says. "Chef Chris (Miller) definitely responded to the peoples needs and wants."
