You've got to hand it to the Bucks -- they beat the odds.

The odds favored the Bucks staying in the No. 7 spot in the NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday night, but they slipped from seventh to eighth. Bucks coach Scott Skiles' former team, the Chicago Bulls, jumped over the field to grab the top spot.

The Bucks have been in the lottery 10 times and have moved up twice and down four times. The two times they moved up, they grabbed the top overall pick.
