He's back.

Just like that.

Two weeks after telling teammates and club officials that he was finished, Brett Favre is reportedly on a plane bound for Minnesota, where he is expected to prepare for his 20th NFL season.

Favre's Web site -- officialbrettfavre.com -- sent out an e-mail blast to subscribers just before 2 p.m. It read:

"Stay tuned for breaking news from the Minnesota Vikings today on Brett Favre's possible return. Visit the Vikings.com and Officialbrettfavre.com for more information."

Multiple outlets are reporting that Favre is coming back. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported this morning that a trio of veterans -- kicker Ryan Longwell, offensive lineman Steve Hutchinson and defensive lineman Jared Allen -- traveled to Hattiesburg to lobby Favre on the team's behalf.

Tune in to the local news tonight. We'll probably get chopper coverage of Favre heading to the Vikings' complex to make his announcement official.
