For the eighth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Locavore, the newest restaurant at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2014."

Maybe it's our swift movement into a higher-end food scene. Maybe it's our brats, cheese and beer culture? Who knows?

All I know is that for some reason the "where's Milwaukee's best burrito" conversation just doesn't happen as much here as it seemingly does in other cities.

I love a great burrito as much as the next person.  My favorites?  Beans and Barley, Margarita Paradise at the Milwaukee Public Market, an occasional Chipoltle run, La Perla's three homemade tortilla version and the always tasty Cempazuchi chicken burrito.

Honestly, stuff a burrito with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, black beans, jalapeno and guacamole and I'm pretty satisfied.  But, the above choices lead the way for me.

How about you?  End this not really so burning question now. Where is Milwaukee's best burrito?
