Downtown: Two new signs rising
Logos are everywhere today, and Downtown Milwaukee is getting a few more.
Schlitz Park is putting the finishing touches on a new painted logo that will oversee its changing business and commercial park. Â Once home to the Schlitz Brewery, Schlitz Park now offers a creative urban, yet somewhat suburban (with its larger amounts of parking and easy access), location for businesses like Manpower Group, US Bank and Aurora Health Care. Â Schlitz Park is located just next to Time Warner Cable.
Schlitz Park is currently undergoing many exciting changes that we'll discuss soon, but for now its new logo is shining over Downtown. Check out the logo on the side of the Powerhouse building, just north of Manpower Group.
Another logo that's set to gloss greater Downtown is that of the Institute of Beauty and Wellness. This logo will grace the side of the "Aveda building" that houses the Institute at 327 E. St. Paul Ave.  It's right behind Café Benelux, which opens June 9 in the Historic Third Ward. Â
