Milwaukee’s a generous city and area, and we also love our traditions. So, it’s no surprise that Milwaukee shows up on Zillow’s new list of "Top 20 Cities for Trick or Treating."
Milwaukee comes in at No. 16 beating out Buffalo, Cincinnati, Baltimore and Virginia Beach.
The Zillow Trick-or-Treat index was created using "four equally weighted data variables: median home value, Walk Score, population density and crime." Based on these variables, the index represents cities that will provide the most candy, with the fewest walking and safety risks.
San Francisco with its hills, high incomes and population density ranked No. 1 while Boston, Honolulu, San Jose and Seattle rounded out the top five. Chicago ranked No. 7.
Zillow lists five neighborhoods for each city and Milwaukee’s top neighborhoods will be released this week.
