Last winter, we told the tale of Sister GeorgeAnn Krzyzanowski, director of buildings and grounds at Mount Mary University, and her legendary fruitcake.

Well, wouldn't you know it, today is her birthday.

And apparently, the fact that she makes hundreds of fruitcakes (to raise money for scholarship) isn't the only fun thing about Sr. GeorgeAnn. Hints: flamingos, Green Bay Packers, Star Trek.

To wish her a very happy birthday, her friends and colleagues at Mount Mary University worked up a video sharing 10 interesting facts about this legendary woman.

If you attended Mount Mary, you might know some of them. But, we're going to bet there are a couple you may not know. And, if nothing else, the video is a whole lot of fun.

Mount Mary posted the video to its Facebook page about an hour or so ago.

Last we checked, the post on Facebook had a couple hundred likes. But feel free to head over and add yours – or a message for Sr. GeorgeAnn if you so desire.
