Last night, Marvel revealed the first trailer – and footage overall – of next summer's "Captain America: Civil War" on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," and Marvel, take my money right now please.

I mean, this is pretty much two minutes and 26 seconds of badassness and excitement. The Winter Soldier jumping off buildings and on the run with Cap! Our first Black Panther – played by Chadwick Boseman from "42" and "Get On Up" – sighting! Captain and company pretty much punting bad guys around! Captain America and Bucky fighting Iron Man!

This first glimpse delivers exactly what'd you expect considering this film's been hyped as essentially The Avengers 2.5. And it doesn't disappoint. The Russo Brothers remain at the helm, and their tightly honed eye for hand-to-hand combat (I don't know how they learned how to be so good at action; it wasn't on the set of "You, Me and Dupree" for sure) seems to have only improved – at least from this tiny two and a half-minute clip.

Most importantly, after all the movies we've spent with these heroes, we kind of care that they're now at odds. That's what currently gives this an excitement edge over "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," which also comes out next year not even two months earlier.

Will this awesome clip translate into an equally awesome movie? We'll find out on May 6. In the meantime, let's watch that again and do our best Scott Pilgrim impressions.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
