Last night during his victory speech, Barack Obama told his daughters, "I love you both so much, and you have earned the new puppy that's coming with us to the White House."
He did not mention a specific breed, but because Obama spoke out against animal cruelty, the canine most likely wonâ€™t come from a puppy mill.
Currently, the Bush family has two Scottish terriers, Barney and Miss Beazley, but what kind of pooch do you predict the Obamas will get?
I know I heard that Obama wanted a rescue dog but because one of the girls has alergies they had to get one that is hypo alligentric.

I would be thrilled if they rescued a dog from one of the many agencies that provide good homes for unwanted puppies. The girls should choose the breed. It will be their puppy, won't it?
