"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun bars and club articles -- including guides, unique features, drink recipes and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

Today, I posted an article about sake, and it inspired me to think about cocktails made with the delicious, rice-based beverage. Here's a recipe for a sake sunrise that I've mixed up before, sans the grenadine only because I didn't have it.

As the Japanese say, "Kanpai!"

Instructions:

Mix 1 1/2 ounces of sake with orange juice.

Add a splash of 7-Up.

Pour over ice.

Slowly pour grenadine over the top.
