"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun bars and club articles -- including guides, unique features, drink recipes and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

As OnMilwaukee.com gets ready to host the first Bartender Olympics, you can get ready to cheer on the competition by familiarizing yourself with future Milwaukee Bar Olympians like Lee Guk from Soho 7.

OnMilwaukee.com: What’s your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Lee Guk: I know that if I can rock behind a busy bar here, I can basically handle being behind any bar in any other city.

OMC: Where would you like to bartend other than Soho 7?

LG: If it's in Milwaukee, I would have to say The Highbury on Saturday and Sunday mornings so I could get paid to drink and watch soccer. Yo. If it's anywhere, then I pick London.

OMC: If you could serve a drink to anyone, who and what would it be?

LG:  I'd have to say I would probably enjoy ripping a few shots of Jameson with Mickey Rourke. That would probably be rad.

OMC: Which five artists would you put on a jukebox?

LG: Social Distortion, The Smiths, Motley Crue, The Foo Fighters and T.I. That’s all a good jukebox needs.

OMC: In the competition you're going to be making a cocktail with one of the four sponsor brands. Which one did you pick and how do you typically serve it?

LG: Makers Mark, in a glass with two cubes.
