If you live in Wisconsin or six other surrounding states, and like to watch local TV stations at different hours, chances are you’ve seen "Discover Wisconsin."

The long-running series produced by Discover Mediaworks has, for a number of years, featured many different places to experience in the Dairyland.

On Thursday, a camera crew will be filming at AJ Bombers in Madison to feature the eatery’s use of Wisconsin Cheese Curds. The product of Ellsworth Creamery are used in a number of dishes, including Totchos – nachos made with tater tots.

The "Discover Wisconsin – Curds and Whey" episode will air in the show’s next season that airs through syndication in a number of TV markets across the Midwest. AJ Bombers would love to have a crowd there when shooting starts around 5 p.m.
