According to the trade blog “Coffee and Technology” Stone Creek Coffee Roasters of Milwaukee, Wisconsin has signed an exclusive multi-year distribution deal to sell the new Apple iMug. According to the blog Stone Creek Coffee will begin selling the new iMug in early May. The iMug is the latest product to come out of the silicon valley media darling, Apple. According to Steve Jobs, who commented through a company spokesperson, the iMug will revolutionize the sleepy travel mug industry. The iMug is a sleek insulated travel mug with a flash memory MP3 player built into the base of the mug. According to Stone Creek Coffee’s president, Eric Resch, the development of the iMug started two years ago after a casual conversation Eric had with two Apple executive at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. According to Resch, “Sipping your coffee from your iMug while listening to Madonna was a natural….we had to make this happen.”The 12 oz. iMug will be available in five brushed stainless steel colors and 40GB and 80GB players
