Skin care is the foundation to any make up application and the foundation of your image.
Here are some tips to keep your skin clean, fresh and clear.
Make sure you drink lost of good water and eat a good diet. I’m a believer of taking supplemental vitamins if necessary.
Get into a good routine of cleansing toning and moisturizing day and night.
Get a good full night’s sleep.
Try to reduce the stress in your life. I know this one could be hard.
Reduce your time in the sun. I believe a little sunshine is good for us, but know when to stop. Also understand your skin tone, is it lighter and more prone to burn. Be conscientious of how much sun your skin can tolerate.
Reduce or eliminate smoking, drinking alcohol, and carbonated drinks.
Use special treatments if you need. I suggest richer moisturizers at night if your skin is dry. Also exfoliate to remove any excess dry skin. For oilier skin try a mask a couple times a week.
Go for a professional skin treatment at a reputable salon or spa. A professional spa can provide a variety of treatments for the face and body.
