Buck Wild: Finally..some good signs
It was nice to see the Bucks beat a team they should with their 98-88 win over Charlotte on Saturday night. The team was hustling, which was awesome to see.
The Bucks were not afraid of initiating contact on offense to get to the line, and they really tried to get to spots on defense to draw charges.
A big disappointment however, was the lack of offense and ball movement when Brandon Jennings went to the bench (and to an extent, Andrew Bogut).
Keyon Dooling was godawful running the show in Jennings' stead, and Corey Maggette became The Black Hole too many times. We all know that's the one issue with Maggette's game, and even though he can score - he's not that good to be allowed to do that.
The two losses to bad teams to start the season is still distressing, and seeing how poorly the bench played in the win leaves some reason to worry going forward. Hopefully Scott Skiles can figure something out soon...
