Monday, March 28, 2011 (Milwaukee, WI USA) Milwaukee, Wisconsin's Roufusport Academy defeated California's famed Renzo Gracie Academy to win Versus.com's "America's Top MMA Gym" tournament it was announced today.

The Versus.com/MMA "Top MMA Gym" contest and original list of contenders was compiled by one of America's foremost and respected Mixed Martial Arts journalists and commentators Ariel Helwani.

Once again, a very special thank you goes out to all students, coaches, staff, fighters, fans, family and friends who helped Roufusport get recognized as the "Top MMA Gym in America."

To be voted the best over some of the sport's elite training facilities including Cesar Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, American Top Team, Jackson's Mixed Martial Arts, Black House Team Nogueira, Xtreme Couture, Team Quest, Grudge Training Center, Renzo Gracie Academy, American Kickboxing Academy, Tristar Gym and Nova Uniao is an honor the entire city and state can take pride sharing in!
