Peaceful trails, pure lakes, trendy shopping & dining... As spring rolls into Wisconsin, bringing with it longer, sun-filled days, it's a great time to shake off winter with a visit to Delafield, Wisconsin. It's a welcoming city in an exquisite outdoor setting known as Lake Country, and just 30 minutes west of Milwaukee.

In Delafield, you can rest your head in the finest luxury or camp alongside its serene lakeshore. You can shop for the latest trends in boutiques and popular stores, or tour historic sites from the past. You can sit down for a leisurely meal over a glass of wine or a locally brewed beer, or slow down just long enough for a latte. Delafield is a rare gem because while it's close to the bustle of world class museums, nationally-known summer festivals, and Major League Baseball, it has an allure all its own, making it a true getaway.

So say farewell to winter and celebrate the arrival of Wisconsin's glorious spring and summer by packing up your car and making a visit to Delafield, where you'll find more than you expected.

Natural beauty - Soothing and energizing
Delafield's natural beauty is its main attraction. Lake Nagawicka is the center of the city, but there are also 30 other nearby lakes, giving you unlimited ways to enjoy fishing, kayaking, sailing, swimming or just floating. Shopping and dining for every taste
The streets of historic downtown Delafield resemble the Williamsburg Colonial era, but its eclectic blend of trendy boutiques and restaurants feature the very best offerings of today, including the only Preferred Boutique hotel in the Midwest. Take a drive down Milwaukee Street to a shopping district featuring dozens of well-known retailers and popular shopping, microbreweries, restaurants, and hotels - a shopper's paradise.
