The Big Backyard Announces Summer Schedule
NEW BERLIN -- Around this time of year, parents are looking for fun ways to keep the kids busy and having fun this summer.
Two entrepreneurs, who are also moms, have come up with a solution - The Big Backyard, located at 2857 S. 160th Street in the New Berlin Industrial Park. The 10-000-square-foot facility is designed as an option for children - infant to age 8 -- who need some space to run around and play. This summer they have filled their calendar with amazing classes that kids are sure to enjoy and some great deals.
The Big Backyard offers a curriculum of courses for children ages 1 - 8. During the summer the classes are primarily school-aged drop off classes, while during the school year they focus on toddler and preschool classes. Their Summer Playground is a fun and inexpensive way to have some structured and unstructured supervised playtime. Parents can drop off the kids for 2 - 2 ½ hours with a fabulous playground instructor. The art classes taught by a local Wauwatosa art teacher are sure to be a messy good time for both preschool and school aged children. Other classes include Superheroes in Training, Kick off to Kindergarten, Summer Spanish, Prospective Detectives and more. For detailed information about the courses or to register, see their website at http://www.thebigbackyardwi.com/enrichment.html.
In June, The Big Backyard is offering an amazing special that makes playing at their indoor playground this summer an easy decision. Customers can purchase an unlimited summer play pass for only $35 for the first child and $30 for any siblings. The pass is good for use through September 30, 2011. This is a great deal for those rainy, hot or mosquito filled summer days!
In addition, each month they have a Fun Schedule that gives parents or caregivers special events and deals throughout the summer to look forward to. With discounts for bringing a new friend, free Popsicle days, grandparent discounts, and more there is likely to be something fun happening at The Big Backyard!
