Bradley, The Goodnight Criminals, and Onset Oblivian 24 February at Club Anything
Local solo synthpop/new wave artist Bradley will appear with The Goodnight Criminals and
Onset Oblivion 24 February at Club Anything, 807 S. 5th Street in Milwaukee.
Bradley has been writing and recording his own material since the mid-90s, and released his 4th album in November of 2010. Counting as his musical influences acts as diverse as Depeche Mode, Skinny Puppy, and the Pet Shop Boys, his light synthesizer-based sound is complimented live by Michael T. Grace's onstage guitar and keyboard. Grace has under his belt an impressive musical resume, including work on live guitar, synthesizer, and percussion for alternative rock with an industrial edge act _ash Aria_, lead guitar and songwriter for Snapdragon Records' rockers Eighty-D, and having performed duties as an audio engineer at both Summerfest and the Miramar Theatre.
The Goodnight Criminals is an electropop quartet featuring Brent Leitner, guitarist and programmer from Chicago's I:Scintilla. The band's synthesizer-driven style is a combination of ambient, electronic, and rock sounds. Their debut release "Liars, Theives, and Pretenders" came out last month. Rounding out the band are musicians Troy Leitner, Adam Schweibinz, and Brant Maze.
Onset Oblivion is a four piece prog-rock band from Sheboygan lead by lead vocalist and
keyboardist Janine Lautin.
Specials for the night include $6 tall Rehorst vodka drinks, shot specials, and raffles for
signed cds and other merchandise throughout the night. Cover charge is only $5 for the first 100
guests. This night is Do414.com's (Milwaukee-based event guide) social event of the month.
