Old World Fourth of July
July 4, 2012 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Celebrate the land we love at an old-fashioned event like those held in small towns in the 19th and 20th centuries. See a "through the ages" parade as Old World Wisconsin represents the different decades found in their village and at their farms. Enjoy band concert and patriotic exercises - plus, you might just see a lively debate take place. As always, there are lots of spirited competitions for you to join, like races, egg tosses and tug o' war.
Adults are $16, children (5-17) are $19, and children under 5 are free. Students and senior citizens over age 65 are $14. A family pass (two adults and two or more dependent children 5-17) is $43.

Only 35 miles from Milwaukee, Old World Wisconsin is the best place to go for a hands-on history lesson in the ways of Wisconsin's early pioneers.
The museum's more than 60 historic structures range from ethnic farmsteads with furnished houses and rural outbuildings, to a crossroads village with its traditional small-town institutions. The efforts of countless historians have preserved an amazing slice of true Americana - one that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
