Polish Heroes: Those Who Rescued Jews

"Polish Heroes: Those Who Rescued Jews" pays tribute to the more than 6,000 Poles who have been honored as "Righteous Among the Nations" by the Yad Vashem Holocaust Martyrs’ and Heroes’ Remembrance Authority in Israel. The exhibition focuses on 21 such individuals from the Kraków region. Their stories, written in English and in Polish, accompany portraits by the late photographer Chris Schwarz.
