Chef Dan Morales sailed into Milwaukee with a big smile and a glossy resume claiming extensive experience including a position as chef de cuisine at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. But, despite his obvious skill in the kitchen, Morales' story isn't quite on par with the truth.

Jimmy's Island Grill mixes it up for Friday fish fry
Calorie counting is at odds with my love for a good old Wisconsin fish fry. Baked, grilled and broiled fish is great, but it's no fish fry. So, when I heard that Jimmy's Island Grill, in the Radisson Hotel on Mayfair and North, across from the mall, allows diners to mix fried and grilled, I decided to give it a try.
