Like a lot of kids her age, Richfield singer Hannah Mrozak was a victim of bullying in middle school. Now that she has a few years between her and the painful experience, she wants to help other young people going through hard times. Her latest single, entitled "It's In Me," speaks to the power of bullying and the strength of a victim to overcome it.

Tae Kwon Do master Chan Lee, one of 200 certified bully experts in the United States, created a free anti-bullying "tool kit" for parents that features video lessons and interactive exercises. The kit teaches how to prevent and / or stop bullying.

The discussion on bullying is a very important conversation going on right now in our society. Recently, there have been many headline grabbing cases of teens taking their own lives due to bullying as well as teens being put into the hospital after horrific beatings, etc., by their peers. Bullying is of course nothing new, but it will always be tragic, and it is the topic of bullying (by peers and in the home) that sparked the idea for a new song by teenage emcee Que.
