If Tosa doesn't want Dave & Busters, how about Downtown?
In July I reported that Dave & Buster's, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Dallas, would bring its high energy restaurant / entertainment concept to Wauwatosa. Just this week, though, the city voted, 4-2, against opening.

I just thought after dealing with all those closings of what businesses are closing, how about new things that are opening? I have actually spotted a few! I was in Mayfair Mall last night just taking care of some things I needed for my vacation coming up soon, and I noticed that Swarvoski is open...
