Say "oui" to Laissez Faire
I'm starting to think the patrons must see us and coming and clear out, since like the last few places we tried, Laissez Faire was also empty. But that meant more time for the two-person staff to work on our meals, I suppose, and both my wife and I were pleased with our lunch.

New owner of Jake's Deli doesn't change a thing ... and that's why it's great
Step inside Jake's Deli and you might as well be entering a time machine. The clientele is different than it was 50 years go. But the booths are the same, and more importantly, so is the corned beef. And that's exactly how the owners like it.

Service is king at Shiraz Restaurant
Shiraz, which serves Persian fare, has definitely stepped off on the right foot, taking a customer-friendly and accommodating attitude and it's as refreshing as a glass of rosewater lemonade.
