Bay View Jazz Fest announces second-year schedule

This afternoon, Milwaukee Jazz Vision and Bay View Gallery Night announced the schedule of performers for the second annual Bay View Jazz Fest, a free one-day celebration of the city's jazz heritage held at several venues throughout the neighborhood.
