Mangia Wine Bar received a major remodel a little over a year ago and features a wood burning pizza oven behind the bar, where patrons can enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail while pasta and pizza dough are being made just a few feet away. The combination of Executive Chef Jason Gorman and a wood burning pizza oven warranted a drive south to Kenosha for pizza.


The letter from the Menominee Indian Tribe to Gov. Scott Walker

A letter was sent by the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin to Governor Scott Walker. The Tribe is asking Gov. Walker to meet with tribal leaders, Hard rock International and the project's New York financial advisers to walk through the Tribe's $1.7 billion offer to the state when he visits Kenosha for a small business announcement on Tuesday.


Road to the LPGA Tour now winds through Milwaukee

Wisconsin has supported women's golf in big numbers during two U.S. Women's Opens at Blackwolf Run, and now the state, and the city of Milwaukee, have a chance to watch the future of the game as the LPGA Tour's feeder circuit, the Symetra Tour, comes to Brown Deer Park Golf Course this summer.
