A very wise man named Newton Minnow once called television a "vast wasteland" and I've always pretty much agreed with him when it comes to local television news. But today I've got to take my hat off to Kent Wainscott of Channel 12.

There's a new face at 10 o'clock on Channel 12 news. Kathy Mykleby's new partner Craig McKee arrives from San Diego, but he's quite literally been around the world and back. We caught up with him to ask about his experience in journalism and his early experiences here in Milwaukee.
