"The Hangover Part III" can't recover from rough second outing

Let's not mince words: "The Hangover Part II" was awful. Shamelessly abysmal. So yeah, "The Hangover Part III" is better than "Part II," but we're not exactly talking about a monumental achievement. There are a few more laughs this time around (a.k.a. more than one), but it's still clear that what happened in Vegas four years ago shouldn't have gone any further.

OnMilwaukee.com Publisher Andy Tarnoff has stopped counting how many times he's been to Las Vegas. He certainly didn't go this March expecting any huge surprises. As usual, he was wrong. He came to this realization as he sat in a comfy, leather chair, with an IV attached to his wrist and oxygen tubes in his nose. Before you panic, that experience was actually planned, but more on that later.

This didn't go exactly as planned. Yes, I'm speeding through the Arizona desert in a humungous white Chevy Suburban, while my friend from college, Paul, handles the driving for now. If we don't encounter any setbacks, we should arrive at Maryvale Baseball Park just in time for first pitch.
