Over the last five years, a Milwaukee man named Montaous Walton has created at least two different internet personas, inventing a story about an improbable rise out of the city into the world of Major League-affiliated baseball. One of these personas was exposed in 2010. The other has led to his arrest.

Over the last five years, a Milwaukee man named Montaous Walton has created at least two different internet personas, inventing a story about an improbable rise out of the city into the world of Major League-affiliated baseball. One of these personas was exposed in 2010. The other managed to not only thrive, but convince legitimate sports agencies to invest in it.

It always makes me smile that the Commissioner of Baseball is not only from Milwaukee but has his office here. It's very cool. It's always great that he still hangs out at his favorite Milwaukee spots.
