They haven't run out of popcorn or excellent movies at the Milwaukee Film Festival, which continues through the weekend at the Oriental Theatre on the East Side and Marcus North Shore Cinema in Mequon. Get up close to Wisconsin wineries
If you want to get a closer look at Wisconsin wineries, two of them -- Parallel 44 and Stone's Throw -- offer ways to learn more. Kewaunee's Parallel 44 has a Barrel Club that lets you make your own wine and Stone's Throw hosts a Milwaukee-area tasting event on Sept. 16.
