A friend of mine told me about a new book called "The Cozen Protocol." It's a e-book available only at Amazon.com.  The entire plot takes place in Milwaukee.  I downloaded it to my iPod Touch and it reads well.  I've read about ten chapters. I reads like a Tom Clan...
