Jackson's appearance, Saturday, Sept, 19., in the Madame Kuony Kitchen in the Milwaukee Public Market includes a cooking demonstration from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. followed by a book signing. The kitchen demo reveals the techniques behind Chef Jackson's Vegetarian Summer Rolls, Cedar Planked Salmon and Wisconsin inspired Wisconsin Beer and Cheese Soup.
