They tell themselves that only "sluts" and "over-sexed cougars" love sex. Why? Based on a recent study conducted by SeekingArrangement.com, a website for mutually beneficial relationships, 66 percent of women in Milwaukee have one or fewer sexual partners each year. Considering all of the beer drinking in this town, it seems slightly surprising.
