A symphony of style for the MSO
If there is an economic recession it was hard to notice at the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Annual Fashion Gala, which was held at the Milwaukee Art Museum. The smooth white hall was illuminated with trendy blue and red spotlights and every table was precisely decorated with candles and flowers. Artistic scaffolding towers were topped with what appeared to be over-sized, inflatable urchins or some kind of abstract flame.

Shanel Regier's fall '07 collection revealed on the runway
Although fashion designer Shanel Regier's unveiling at the Turner Hall Ballroom Saturday, April 21 is technically deemed her "Fall 2007 Collection," she says her latest creations can accommodate just about any varying weather system Mother Nature can send our way.
