The Milwaukee Pizza Company is a 1-year-old manufacturer of "freshly frozen," hand-made pizzas with all-natural ingredients. Its pizzas are already heating up in bars all across Milwaukee and owners Erik Burgos and Nick Smith have more plans in store.

Lenny Jenkins has never owned a bar nor has he worked in a bar, but one would never know it when observing him in action at his brand new, dream-come-true venture called The Parlor, 1517 S. 2nd St. He recently opened the bar in the former Bomb Shelter and, before that, Monkey Bar space.

The Parlor recently opened and The Ruby Tap will soon. Plus, the East Side will welcome another Thai restaurant and maybe a crab shack, if all goes well.
