Most remember that the Green Bay Packers used to play some of their home games in Milwaukee, but did you know that this tradition went on for over 60 years and was played at four different locations? In fact, the threat of moving the team to Milwaukee permanently was the impetus for the construction of Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Its one of the reasons why tonight's game against the Minnesota Vikings is a "gold game" for Milwaukee season ticket holders.

Less than 24 hours after closing its gates for 2014, the Wisconsin State Fair tallied up and released its final numbers for this year's edition. The results equal out to yet another year of big numbers and broken records.

For 90 years, the Wisconsin State Fair has sold cream puffs. For the first time ever, executive Chef Brian Frakes offered the creamy pastry at The Pfister Hotel's cafe. Recently, seven OnMilwaukee.com employees tried both puffs and picked their favorite.

For the past three years, I participated in the cheesy baked potato contest at the Wisconsin State Fair. This year, I decided to switch it up, and try the cream puff eating contest instead.
