In the midst of last summer, Woody Allen's quiet time travel comedy "Midnight in Paris" became a surprise hit. It was heralded as a return to form, but those words have been heard many times over the course of Allen's illustrious career. Unfortunately, his latest, the overstuffed yet underthought "To Rome with Love," doesn't break that pattern.
