Calling all tequila tasters; there's a new player in the game. From its summer 2008 birth in a distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, Maestro Dobel has since made its way to the States and is making its mark as a luxurious clear-aged tequila. Dobel is produced in limited quantities and is currently only available in California, Illinois, Georgia and Wisconsin.

Some Milwaukee restaurants are questionable as to whether or not kids would be welcome. Recently, I considered bringing my kids to a few restaurants that are more "grown up" eateries, but wondered if we would get looks of disgust.

Cempazuchi continues to charm
It's been some time since we checked in with Cempazuchi, the southern Mexican restaurant on Brady Street that remains a Milwaukee favorite. If there was any doubt about its popularity, they were laid to rest when we visited at almost 9 p.m. on a recent Wednesday night. Most of the restaurant's tables were full and hungry folks kept coming through the door.
