Chef and Omanhene partner Francios Kwaku-Dongo is presenting a culinary retrospective hosted by The James Beard Foundation, the national organization that promotes professional culinary talent.

Scott brought home a small white bag the other day from the newly opened Franklin's Fine Chocolates, 2474 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Wow. This is some of the better chocolate I've had the chance to sample in awhile, and, happily, practically in my own backyard.
