The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Midwest Director, Royce A. Yeater sent a letter to the City of Milwaukee’s Plan Commission Wednesday expressing the group’s opposition -- spurred by neighborhood complaints -- to the proposed development of the parking lot at Downer and Belleview.
